Returns for Refund

We gladly accept returns of products purchased on our website within 30 days of shipment. To be eligible for a refund, the returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • The products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Products that were part of a special offer are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds for approved returns are typically processed within one to two weeks upon receiving the merchandise. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase on our website. Please note that products designated as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Within 30 days of the purchase date, we offer exchanges for eligible orders. Here are the criteria for exchanges:

  • Initiate the exchange through our Returns Center within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Exchanges are only available for products currently in stock.
  • The returned item(s) must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges are limited to domestic US orders; international exchanges are not offered.
